OK well the thing is i have SUPER curly SUPER SUPER thick hair!!! ok so my friend Rebecca strightened her hair permently! At first i thought whatever but now i am thinking maybe!!!! Well first it would be much easier to manage so it wouldnt take me an hour or two to straighten my hair! Plus i could still curl it, Scrunch it, and wear it straight!!! So i need some advice it sound good but has any one any experiance!!!!!!!! Should i do it and how much does it cost?

I think that permantently straightening it would be a bad idea. It sounds like you have gorgous hair! I have always wished I had curly hair! If you feel like you want to have some different options with your hair, like straightening it or going curly, I suggest finding a good shampoo that matches your hair type. Find one specifically made for curly hair that will tame the frizz and define curls. Next, get a good hair serum you can leave in your hair to keep the definition of the curls. That way you can manage your hair way easier. If you want to straighten your hair, use shampoo that relaxes it, along with conditioner. Then use a serum that relaxes, one reccommended for straightening. A good tip about straightening: straighten it after you've washed and dried it--at NIGHT. Right before you go to bed. Then, when you wake up, just give it another run through, and you're all set. I have done this before, and it eliminates a lot of the time I spend in the morning getting ready!!!

This process is veryyyyy expensive...especially if you have really thick hair, which you claim you do. It is really bad for you hair also. Just google permanent straightening and you'll see the basic facts. I thought about it also but it would cost (where I live) 100 bux a month...that's 1200 bux a yr! No way! I'd rather spend 30 mins straightening everyday. Have you tried layering your hair or even cutting some of it off?

ok that is not a good idea my ma did that when she was like 15 and as she got older it starts to thin out i know i how u feel i have the same problem but think hair is good when we get older we'll still have nice pretty hair

do you mean permently straighten? or permently thin. I would keep your natural hair. Why messa round with it? Show it off by srunching and curling it! If you have thick hair i would recomend thinning, becuase it just thins your hair.. but i dont think it leaves your curls.
