i have really curly frizzy hair and i hate to straighten it cuz it takes too long.

WEll there's this salon treatmenT, they straighten your hair, but something Amazing that works so it can last for months...You might want to call salons and ask for that kind of treatment.....GOOD luck!!

You can get the chemical treatment. But it damages your hair, just like anything else.

the only way that works for me is straightener i have went two salons 3 times and had them put a straighting solution on my hair in it didn't work. So i would stick to the strightner good luck

well, you can try to blow dry it, but I don't think it'll work with hair like yours. It'll be a bit straighter if you put anti-frizz smoothing stuff in your hair after your shower and then tying it up in tight hair bands until it dries. Like, tie hair bands in multiple places on the ponytail.

I have hair similar to yours. The way I deal with it? I ue anti-frizz stuff and let it curl. It looks nice :). I think straight hair is boring.

i was told that you could straighten hair by using a conditioner of sorts buy at a hair store, and take a brush and pull the hair taught while drying it. Don't know if it works as i have really straight hair and want to get it curly, but thats what i've been told.

Well I dunno how, mines straight and a lot of people have asked how do u get ur hair that straight what kind of hair straight-ner do u use...I just say It's natural and they look @ me weird.

other than chemicals and straightning irons there isnt. there are dozens of conditioning/shampooing treatments but all of them hold empty promises...

I feel your pain. I have had problems with my hair since day one. I went to a "salon" and got it permed straight but as soon as I took two showers my hair was back to normal. What a waste of money. I also used to lay my head on the ironing board and physically iron it, but that REALLY damaged my hair. What I do now is let it air dry (curly and frizzy and disgusting to look at) or if I'm in a hurry just blow dry it, but not straight, kind of blow dry it crazy, let the curls come out. Then when it is dry, then I have a hair dryer with a comb on the end that I use and take sections and blow dry it again, but that time I use the comb and make it as straight as possible. I think the name of my dryer is a Golden Hot, which REALLY makes a difference. I never believed that until I got this dryer, it gets really hot and heat is what actually makes your your hair silky and smooth. When I'm almost done I smooth on a cream, like Frizz Ease but my favorite is a liquid by Fantasia called Frizz Busters. It's very concentrated and you only need a TINY drop of it in your hair. After all that, I use a curling iron to smooth out the little hairs. Not sure where you live but I wouldnt recommend doing this until the heat wave dies. Good luck!!

My friend just went through the same thing, she went to the salon and they use this product called "Rusk". It has been anout 2 months and all she does is style and go. She is in heaven. But she also has very long hair. I am not sure if that matters.

Shampoo %26amp; Condition with Redken's NYC brand, its fab. And then when you get outta the shower just take a brush %26amp; blow dry. Easy!
