i dont relaly understand your questions.. but- if you straighten with a chemical straightener or with a flat iron either way it is damaging to your hair..... the more you do it the more damage

if you make sure your hair isnt dry it will not damage your hair. hairdressers straighten hair but it is expensive, so maybe go there and let them show you first.
