**If you've ever TANNED or if you STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR**?

1. I want to tan some before this summer and Im so confused. Everyone says your face doesnt go in the bed but then wouldnt your face be white and ur body would be tan? and how do you lay in the bed on your stomach or your back? and do u tan naked so u dont have lines?

2. I have long hair and when i straighten it, the lower half andd the ends get all fried looking and frizzy ( idont do it wet) so is there a special shapoo u use or moisurizer u put in after u bathe to fix that? I want it to look soft and straight not frizzy and striaght.

HELP PLEASE Thanks

1) You get in the tanning bed. There are lay down and stand up beds. You lay down on your back. You can use tanning accelerator lotion to get tanner faster. If you tan make sure you start off at a low time. DO NOT get in there and start at the max time. Unless you want to chance skin cancer, there are other ways to achieve tan. Spray tan, like Mystic Tan, looks natural. You step into the booth and it sprays you. You can get naked in tanning beds or the spray booth but if you prefer to wear a bathing suit or something do it.

2) Make sure you have your split ends trimmed. If they are split our hair will frizz. Also try a deep conditioner. You can do it yourself or get it professionally done. There are all kinds of straightening products out there to try. Try talking to your hair dresser about products they recommend.

For your hair, you can put some type of straightning serum in it, that's what I do. And for the tanning beds, try putting some type of tanning lotion or do-it-yourself tan type spray things. Or, just spend some time in the sun.

I know nothing about tanning, but go see a hair stylist who does african hair....I ran into one and she saved my life ;-)

You need to get biosilk and that will take away any frizz you have without looking oily. I use to tan and you have the choice to be nude or wear you panties and bra.

Tanning isn't good on your face. When I go in the bed, I lay on my back. If you want, just bring a towel in with you and cover your face most of the time, once you're tan, find a concealer that matches your skin tone, you will never notice the difference. You start tanning your face and you will age faster in the face, and no girl wants that. And for straightening your hair, Try John Freida sheer blonde hair highlighter. Once you've straightened your hair, apply it on the ends/bottom half of your hair and run the straightener through again. I swear by the stuff when I straighten it. And you can find it at your local drug store/wal-mart for reasonable prices

Tanning, your face goes in too... the beds are awesome but also stand ups are nice... so alternate that way you don't get lines...

as for your hair I put in leave in conditioner its more or less the stuff little kids put in there hair to detangle it... its really nice and leaves your hair really nice... try that... spray in everyday after washing it, otherwise use a really good conditioner in the shower...

Your entire body goes in a tanning bed including your head. You should, however, try spray tan. Neutrogena level 3 works great, smells funny though. Hempz brand also makes a great lotion "fake bake". The color is wonderful.

As for your hair, use a deep conditioner, dab of Biosilk, Blow dry before ironning, and use a Ceramic Iron like the CHi.

Hope that helps. :-)

Yes, your face does go in the bed. Some beds have a special part of the bed to tan your face, and you can choose to turn it off or on. You lie on your back in the bed( your stomach wouldn't be too comfortable). Don't be afraid to tan either, I've been tanning for about a year now, and I love it, it relaxes me! =)

And for your hair, I have the same problems. Go to a hair/beauty store( I went to Sally Beauty) and got Ion brand leave in conditioner. You leave it in ten minutes, and it works wonders. It's about $12.00. For a less expensive option, try Aussie Three Minute Miracle, it's at Walmart.

Good luck=)

Your whole body goes in the sunbed. And don't they have those stand up sunbeds now????

My hair was like that but if you rub some wax into your hands (I use dax) and then rub it into the tips of your hair it stops thm from looking spilt and it goes nice and soft :)

Afterparty by bed head for your hair. It's amazing, and because you only need a tiny bit of it it lasts ages!

Be careful not to put too much on though, or it can make your hair look greasy, but with the right amount it can make your hair look (and smell) gorgeous!

Good luck!

xoxo
