i had a straightener that u can use on wet or dry hair. i found a spray that worked really well. but i cant think of the name of it. its in most salons, call around and ask salons or go to one and see what they suggest. and straighten ur ends first, work ur way toward the root.

Try a smapoo/ conditioner that makes your hair straight in addition to straightening your hair.

I would try Herbal essence dangerously straight

That's exactly what happens to me!The only resolve I've found is to get a hair stylest to do your straightening since they use the straightener spray and like $200 straighteners!:) :)

You shouldn't use a straightener all the time because it will totally fry your hair. I used one once a week and got tons of split ends.

WELL IF YOU CANT STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR WELL USES A STRAIGHTENER TO DO YOUR HAIR

ok... you should wrap your hair in the night to sleep.

it's sounds complicated but it's really simple. it jsut takes a while to get the hang of it.

ok part your hair like how your avy is. in an off centre path. your going to start with the end that has the majority of your hair[larger part]. typically the right side. take one of those brushes you blow dry your hair with[aerated brushes] and brush your hair down and around behind your ears. keep following in that direction and keep brushing your hair along the back of your head and then over your other ear. when your reach the left side continue the direction and brush up toward wheres you began and follow the direction till you've reached your ends. your hair is supposed to end up being wrapped around your head in a cirlce. if you need a couple hair pins to hold it down use them. then tie your hair with a silk scarf.

wrapping your hair keeps it straight.

when you get up in the morning just brush it out and put some of John Freida's Frizz Ease serum and style as you normally would.

dont straighten your hair too much, it'll make the ends too dry and thats why they will frill out. i have a great straightener called wet 2 straight i think. straightens wet hair without burning, and it keeps it just as pin straight untill then END of the next day. try it.. go to tj maxx or target i think target has it. around 40 bucks though...i tihnk its worth it. it works best on wet hair, and keep its straight.,

You might have to retouch it

especaily if it is humid where you live.

In nc i have to restraighten it every few days,

okay hairspray and humidity DO NOT MIX. Make sure you are using the correct products okay? three things you need for a good turnout are a blowdrying lotion, a heat protectant which usually adds a shine as well, and a serum to block out humidity and other environmental effects. if you go to any salon or store that specializes in cosmetics im sure they could help you pick out something that will work for you. Places like Ulta or Trade Secret are open to public and for the most part have a very knowledgable staff.

Note: if your blowdryer has a cool shot USE IT. This closes down the cuticle for a longer lasting style. do this after you apply a serum or if you dont have one after you are done straightening.

It seems that if we have straight hair, we want curly. If we have curly, we want it straight. Growing up in the seventies, we did everything we could to straighten our hair, even if it meant using the iron! Today, I am presenting you with an easier way to straighten your curls.

* Wash and condition hair.

* Blot dry. Hair should be almost dry when you begin.

* Gather up hair into several sections and secure or clip hair on top of your head. You will be drying the bottom layers first.

* Follow the brush (with your dryer) down the sections of hair as you straighten each section and be sure to keep the dryer moving.

* Take down a new section of hair and proceed as directed above.

* Work your way up the layers until all sections are dry and straightened.

* To curl the ends for a polished look, take your brush and pull the ends under. Finish your styling with a blast of cool air if your hairdryer has this capability.
