i have these curls for 3 months already and

i really needed to straighten it back right away knowing that it wont be damaged or somewhat ruin my hair...

If your hair isn't damaged then now is fine, or if you want to somewhat prevent damage get Texture twist by Purology or any kind of pomade or styling product (excluding gel and hair spray) and run that through your hair just so its in there and you aren't completely putting heat on your hair. The product will create a little bit of a barrier with a little bit of protection.
