u MUST protect ur hair before putting any form of heat near ur hair. i suggest u try that product from tresseme i 4got what its called but it is the only tresseme product in a spray bottle.

use MATEY or MASTEY [in a red tall plastic bottle with a life guard sign next to it] SLPIT END MENDER.

spray it on wet hair, blow dry and straighten.

also use heat protectant on wet hair, that always works.

I got this stuff from Sally's and it works really well! It's called Fantasia Hair Polisher Heat Protector Straightening Serum. It also makes your hair not get all static-y (if your hair is fine) and calms it down (if your hairs thick)

Try sunsilk, and pantene products. They really help! ALSO USE CONDITIONER! Stay AWAY from your straigtner and curler for a couple of days too.
